Providing false information during registration — including misrepresenting your age — is grounds for immediate account closure without refund of deposited funds used to obtain bonuses.

win03 supports PKR deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and debit or credit cards. All payment accounts and bank accounts used must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments — where the payer's name does not match the win03 account holder's name — are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally credited to your win03 balance within 60 seconds. Raast transfers and standard bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, contact win03 support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed by win03 within standard business processing times. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. win03 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity raises due diligence requirements. All bets are subject to win03's acceptance at the time of placement. win03 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. Do not assume a bet has been accepted until this confirmation is displayed.
Odds are displayed in the format selected in your account settings and may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. win03 is not liable for any changes in odds that occur after a bet has been successfully placed and confirmed.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed to a date outside the originally scheduled window or declared void by the relevant governing body, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific void rules for individual markets — such as player performance bets where a player does not take part — are detailed in the sportsbook rules within your account.
Live in-play betting markets on Cricket, PSL and other events may be suspended temporarily during key moments of play — such as during a Cricket wicket review or a VAR check in Football. win03 is not liable for any bets that cannot be placed during these suspension periods. Bets already confirmed before a suspension are not affected.
